The group X time interaction for depression between baseline and six month follow up period, however, did not reach statistical significance (B = 2.4(−2.4–7.1), p = 0.33), although the SMART-D + TAU achieved a greater mean reduction (MD = 4.1, SD = 2.66) in HAM-D from baseline, compared to TAU (MD = 1.69, SD = 0.95) ( Table 4 ).
