In the multi‐centre PALISADE phase III trial of AR101 in 551 peanut allergic individuals, highly significant results were seen in participants aged 17 and under, with 67.2% of the active arm tolerating 600 mg of peanut protein when challenged post treatment versus only 4% of the placebo group [ 9 ].
