At three months, the serum conversion rate and neutralizing antibody titers in the non-sirolimus group also showed a trend lower than that in the healthy control group (44.4% vs. 54.5%; median titers: 15.8 IU/mL vs. 23.7 IU/mL), although these differences were not statistically significant ( p = .457 and p = .128, respectively).
