While relatedness was a significant positive mediator when analyzed alone (Model 3 A), its indirect effect became non-significant and showed a negative trend (Moderated: β = −0.08, 95% CI [−0.19, 0.02]; enriched: β =−0.18, 95% CI [−0.42, 0.06]) when controlling for competence and autonomy.
