“a negative trend”

Based on the observed data, a negative trend of four species lost per census (per 5 years) was observed ( figure 4 d ; average p = 2 × 10 −5 from bootstrap least-squares linear regression).

Overall, in the investigated period, the results showed a negative trend (average Annual Percentage Change (AAPC) of −1.931, p < 0.0001).

Directly (T 0 ) after the flaps were raised and 30 minutes later (T 30 ) there were statistically significant differences and a negative trend (one-way ANOVA and test for linear trend, P < 0.0001) between all ROI with lower PU in the more distal ROI in both types of flaps (Fig. 2 ).

There was also a negative trend for the song Running Away, χ 2 (1) = 11.94, p < .001.

One study found a negative trend in calcium intake across quintiles of free sugar intake in participants aged 4–10 years ( p < 0.001) and 11–18 years ( p < 0.01) [ 19 ], and another reported a negative trend across six free sugar cut-off levels ( p < 0.001) [ 38 ].

uPCR demonstrated an insignificant trend with RANTES levels (ρ = -0.05, P = 0.51), whereas uPCR demonstrated a negative trend toward significance with EGF levels (ρ = -0.22, P = 0.001) (Fig. 3 B).

Significant worsening of lipid profile was also noted with the increasing number of metabolic conditions as triglyceride (TG) levels rose (182.45 ± 109.5 vs 198.13 ± 98.8 vs 221.85 ± 102.38, P = 0.002), while high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels showed a negative trend among MAFLD patients (41.65 ± 15.08 vs 36.05 ± 8.93 vs 32.38 ± 6.62, P < 0.001).

When cluster-adjusted by hospitals, both a positive trend in atypical antipsychotics and a negative trend in typical antipsychotics remained ( p < 0.001).

For subclonal mutations, all our observations remained significant (anti-EGFR, β = 9.86, P = 6.23 × 10 −05 ; DNA repair, β = 11.41, P = 2.94 × 10 −06 ; length of time on cytotoxic agents, β = 0.28, P = 0.0027), and there was a negative trend for the time between samples ( β = −0.15, P = 0.0027).

Amotivation (AM) showed a negative trend, with a change in AM of − 0.3 (0.7) p = 0.003.

The linear regression between Sexual Abuse scores and metabolite concentrations showed a negative trend for choline ( p = .004), and positive trends for cystathionine ( p = .008) and homogentisic acid ( p = .022).

Among the filled spots, the proportion of positions filled by US MDs has declined from 96.69% in 2008 to 84.69% in 2022, a negative trend that was statistically significant at P = 0.005 with a beta coefficient of − 0.008.

Furthermore, a negative trend was found between sperm morphology (Q1, 6.0%; Q2–Q4, 5.0%) and semen collection time ( P = 0.007), as well as a positive trend between seminal leukocytes (Q1–Q2, 0.1 × 10 6 ml −1 ; Q3–Q4, 0.2 × 10 6 ml −1 ) and semen collection time ( P = 0.03).

However, for perseverative errors, the experimental group showed a positive oscillation, and the control group showed a negative trend ( p = 0.008, η 2 p = 0.218).

A negative trend was observed for the total sample (-1.3 pp; p = 0.009) and PT (-2.3 pp; p < 0.001), with proportions remaining reduced over time when compared to before the pandemic.

[ 19 ] TRPV4 showed a negative trend against stiffness and was significantly elevated in MCF7 spheroids grown in 2.0 kPa compared to stiffer counterparts 9.4, 13.1, and 16.8 kPa ( p < 0.01) (Figure 3A ).

For both soil types, there was a negative trend between ranked experimental PAI loss and ranked K OC (Figure S1 ), but the correlation was only statistically significant for the hydrosol ( r = − 0.592, P = 0.017).

Khurasan was the only district showing a negative trend in infested areas ( p = 0.017; R 2 = 0.452).

A lower frequency of more immature subpopulations expressing PD1+ was also observed within the effector response (EM Th0-1 and TEMRA pE1), as well as a negative trend in CM cells (p=0.036, q=0.159).

The neurodevelopment score showed a negative trend with BDCIPP ( β = −1.42; 95% CI = −2.70; −0.06; p -value = 0.04) and no clear association with DPHP ( β = −1.09; 95% CI = −2.87; 0.68; p -value = 0.23).

On the other hand, a negative trend emerged between beta difference and direction error ( r = −0.24, R 2 = 0.06, p = 0.044) ( Figure 4G ).

The C allele showed a negative trend for preserved FCP (FCP ≥200 pmol/L) in LADA patients (additive model, OR 1.55, 95% CI 1.01–2.38, P = 0.047), and patients carrying the GG genotype were found to be at markedly less risk for low FCP levels compared with those carrying the C allele (dominant model, OR 1.95, 95% CI 1.08–3.54, P = 0.028).
