In the low physical activity group, where model 1 (adjusted for age and sex) showed that individuals with healthy sleep quality had a lower risk of hypertension (OR = 0.74, 95% CI: 0.55–0.98, P = 0.039), although this difference did not reach statistical significance in model 2 (OR = 0.76, 95% CI: 0.56–1.02, P = 0.076).
