In subgroup analysis by corticosteroid use, patients not receiving corticosteroids had a notably higher risk (HR = 5.26; 95% CI: 1.51–18.32; p = 0.009) compared to those receiving corticosteroids (HR = 1.89; 95% CI: 0.90–3.95; p = 0.092); however, this difference did not reach statistical significance (p for interaction = 0.169).
