Mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure values showed numerical increases from baseline (systolic blood pressure: 111.4 ± 15.98 mmHg to 119.0 ± 10.2 mmHg; diastolic blood pressure: 64.17 ± 10.51 mmHg to 70.66 ± 8.71 mmHg), although these changes did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.277 and p = 0.178, respectively).
