It was found that the compounds 166 (45.20%), 169 (41.20%), and 173 (37.10%) exhibited lowest antiulcer activity, while the compounds 167 (51.99%) and 170 (52.68%) showed slightly significant antiulcer activity compared to the standard Pantoprazole (76.16}, and compounds 168 (74.03%), 171 (72.87%), and 174 (75.15%) showed highly significant antiulcer activity compared to the standard drug.
