Clinical and Hematological Characteristics The clinical characteristics associated with PCR-confirmed acute dengue versus other AFIs included headache (PR: 2.71; 95%CI: 1.17–6.26), rash (PR: 1.93; 95%CI: 1.21–3.06), joint pain (PR: 1.72; 95%CI: 1.08–2.74), and retroorbital pain (PR: 1.56; 95%CI: 1.03–2.37), none of which were statistically significant after adjustment but all showed a trend toward association ( Supplement S3 ).
