Furthermore, RBC transfusion (OR 1.40, 95% CI 0.98–2.04, p = 0.071), POD1 lactate level (OR 1.93, 95% CI 0.92–4.67, P = 0.109), and Pcv-aCO 2 (OR 1.59, 95% CI 0.96–2.76, p = 0.082) demonstrated trends towards increased risk, though these trends did not reach statistical significance (Table 4 ).
