Although the CIA group showed better cognitive recovery at 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months postoperatively compared to the IVA group, the differences between the 2 groups did not reach statistical significance ( P > .05), indicating that the independent effect of anesthesia methods on postoperative cognitive recovery was limited.
