Half of the individuals following the ‘plant‐based convenience’ pattern (50.5%) were living with a partner, while single participants predominantly adhered to the ‘ready‐to‐eat’ (67.5%), ‘red meat‐based’ (64.7%), and ‘seafood‐based’ (59.5%) patterns, though the difference did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.054).
