Our results showed a trend of improved inhibitory control only at the post-training periods in both ICNIC group (SSRT; visual: 111.54 ± 23.09 ms, auditory: 102.23 ± 50.96 ms) and non-training control group (SSRT; visual: 101.62 ± 29.72 ms, auditory: 93.74 ± 36.90 ms) when compared within groups.
