With respect to broader motor outcomes, PSD-T0 showed consistent positive trends: higher baseline power spectral density predicted better Brunnstrom-Hand ( β = 0.163, p = 0.041), FMA-UL ( β = 1.787, p = 0.043), and ARAT ( β = 2.416, p = 0.030) performance, although the association with Brunnstrom-UL did not reach statistical significance ( β = 0.080, p = 0.134).
