After adjustment for all confounders, the risk of OSA increased progressively across CVAI quartiles compared to Q1, with ORs of 1.21 (95% CI: 0.98–1.49) for Q2, 1.49 (95% CI: 1.20–1.84) for Q3, and 1.67 (95% CI: 1.29–2.17) for Q4, with a significant trend (p for trend < 0.001).
