After adjusting for variables including age, sex, ethnicity, education, family income-poverty ratio, smoking and drinking habits, physical activity, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, CVD, ACR, eGFR, and uric acid in Model 3, participants in Tertile 1 had a 20% higher risk of deaths from all causes [HR: 1.20 (1.09–1.33), p < 0.001], while those in Tertile 3 showed a 6% increase in risk [HR: 1.06 (0.95–1.19), p = 0.276], although the result for Tertile 3 did not reach statistical significance.
