Although the differences in tumor recurrence and overall survival rates did not reach statistical significance ( P > 0.05), the lower recurrence rate in the study group and the 12-month cumulative survival rates of 97.30% and 84.58% reflected a notable difference in survival, suggesting clinical relevance despite the lack of statistical significance[ 21 , 24 - 26 ].
