While d18:0-DHHexCer exhibited significant downregulation of C16:0 and C20:0 side chains ( Figure 3 C), d18:1-HexCer showed a marked increase in the N -acyl C14:0 content accompanied by a clear trend toward elevated levels of C16:0, C18:0, C20:0, and C22:0 ( Figure 3 D), alongside decreases in C24:0 and C24:1.
