In multivariable linear regression models predicting MDS‐UPDRS‐III scores at baseline, striatum (estimate [standard error]: –2.65 [1.29], P = 0.046) and caudate (–3.31 [1.45], P = 0.028) SBR Z scores were significant predictors and, while there was a trend, the putamen (–2.43 [1.28], P = 0.064) and posterior putamen (–2.39 [1.46], P = 0.11) did not reach statistical significance.
