Furthermore, our findings regarding nausea and vomiting did not reach statistical significance, as only five of the included RCTs provided relevant data, and the analysed data exhibited considerable heterogeneity ( I2 = 69%), indicating that larger trials may be required to establish whether one technique is superior to the other.
