Although interaction effects on ADFI and FCR did not reach statistical significance ( P > 0.05), substantial numerical improvements in FCR were evident in the CC+BV-250 and CC+BV-500 groups which showed 6.92 % and 7.85 % improved FCR, respectively, during the post-challenge period and 5.26 % and 5.85 % improvements over the 1 to 42-d period, compared to the CC group.
