Although no metabolites survived rigorous multiple testing correction (Bonferroni: serum p < 3.6 × 10 −5 , CSF p < 1.5 × 10 −4 ), exploratory analyses identified 12 serum metabolites (e.g., 1‐(1‐enyl‐stearoyl)‐2‐linoleoyl‐GPE, p = 0.0012) and 3 CSF metabolites (e.g., 1‐palmitoyl‐2‐palmitoleoyl‐GPC, p = 0.003) with nominally significant associations and consistent directional effects across MR methods.
