We did observe, however, a strong trend toward lower membrane potential ( Figure S5 Q), higher input resistance ( Figure S5 R), and increased number of action potentials ( Figure S5 S) in CA2 PCs from Ccp1 cKO mice, as well as a tendency for a higher firing rate in response to current injection ( Figure S5 M).
