When patients with normal donor chimerism were grouped by presence or absence of AML-related mutations in cfDNA, Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated a trend towards shorter progression-free survival in the mutation-positive subgroup, although this trend did not reach statistical significance (Fig. 4 B).
