Conversely, people with clinically diagnosed pulmonary TB (OR: 0.42; 95 % CI: 0.11–1.19) and extrapulmonary TB (OR: 0.34; 95 % CI: 0.05–1.32) also showed a trend toward lower odds of MDR-TB compared to bacteriologically confirmed pulmonary TB, though these associations were not statistically significant.
