In a phase II clinical trial ( NCT02644369 ), it was found that an increase in serum choline levels (ΔcholineC3) at week 7 in patients receiving pembrolizumab treatment was significantly associated with better progression-free survival (PFS) and showed a trend of improvement in overall survival (OS).
