also showed that there is a clear trend with worse off‐axis target positioning as the distance from linac isocenter is increased, and that there is a machine dependence of the results, with newer machines performing better than their older counterparts. 7 The trend for worse off‐axis target positioning and machine dependence was also found in the recent study by Capaldi et al. 18 From the data shown in Appendix I, there does not appear to be any clear correlation between the OAWLT and parameters reported by MPC.
