In a post hoc analysis of the phase 2 GRIFFIN study completed at the time of final analysis (median follow-up, 49.6 months), the addition of daratumumab SC to both bortezomib/lenalidomide/dexamethasone (D-VRd) induction/consolidation and R maintenance showed a trend towards the improvement of clinical outcomes versus VRd induction/consolidation and R maintenance among transplant-eligible patients with NDMM, including those with varying high-risk characteristics [ 29 ].
