Although the crude OR was not statistically significant (OR 0.47; 95% CI: 0.21–1.09; p = 0.08), the association became highly significant after adjustment in Model 1 (adjusted OR 0.18; 95% CI: 0.06–0.58; p = 0.004) and Model 4 (adjusted OR 0.23; 95% CI: 0.08–0.65; p = 0.006), suggesting a lower likelihood of OMT among older patients.
