In the analysis of genetic susceptibility to CRS of any grade, the distribution of PRS for monocyte count (p=0.063), white blood cell count (p=0.081), interleukin (IL)-6RA levels (p=0.080), and IL-8 levels (p=0.099) reached borderline significance in those who experienced CRS as compared with those who did not.
