Additionally, patients with normal ALT and liver fibrosis showed a trend towards higher AUCs for the relative change in LFC compared with those with elevated ALT and liver fibrosis (0.74 (95% CI: 0.64 to 0.85) vs 0.62 (95% CI: 0.54 to 0.70), p=0.062), with corresponding cut-off values of 39.85% and 20.57%, respectively ( figure 4D ).
