As shown in Figure 4 a,b, the protein levels of both p38 MAPK and p-JNK in largemouth bass skin of the Con group showed a trend to increase with the prolonged ammonia stress period, and their expression levels were significantly higher in the groups of ammonia stress for 7 days than those in the groups before ammonia stress.
