Discharge ANP Remains Predictive After Confounder Adjustment and Propensity Score Matching As shown in Table 4 , after adjusting for age, body mass index, and renal function (eGFR), ANP maintained significant predictive value after adjustment for each factor individually (adjusted HR range, 3.11–3.67, all P <0.05), whereas BNP showed attenuated associations that did not reach statistical significance after adjustments (adjusted HR range, 1.82–2.15, all P >0.05).
