While differences in FPS related to time of day or intubation setting did not reach statistical significance in univariate analysis, trends favored in-ambulance intubations (96.6% [57/59] vs. 91.5% [193/211], p = 0.263) and procedures performed during daytime hours (93.5% [201/215] vs. 89.1% [49/55], p = 0.258).
