Although the FHV-I-FPV pair had the highest odds ratio (OR = 2.93) and the corresponding Fisher’s exact test yielded a nominally significant p value ( p < 0.05), after Bonferroni multiple testing correction (correction factor k = 6), none of the pairwise pathogen co-infection associations remained statistically significant (adjusted p > 0.05).
