In this selected cohort (24 with BBB disruption and 24 without BBB disruption; age: 46.8 ± 8.0 years vs 43.4 ± 6.5 years, p = 0.112; female: 83.3% vs 54.2%, Fisher exact test, p = 0.06), cfPWV remained associated with BBB disruption in patients with RCVS (odds ratio = 1.52, Nagelkerke R 2 = 0.179, p = 0.026), whereas higher cAI showed a trend toward occurrence of BBB disruption without reaching statistical significance ( p = 0.051).
