These interventions, grounded in implementational science and focused on problem-oriented, targeted remote guidance and continuous feedback, showed a trend of increasing intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular therapy rates, particularly in secondary hospitals (57.8% vs 42.9%, adjusted OR, 2.24, 95% CI 1.29 to 3.88). 74 Currently, Wang’s team is also conducting research on an emergency stroke unit based on low-field mobile MRI technology, which is expected to further reduce waiting times for hospital treatment and increase the reperfusion therapy rate for patients with acute ischaemic stroke.
