Discussion In the real-world evidence USTEKNOSIS study, we reported that ustekinumab showed a clear trend for higher effectiveness than a second-line anti-TNF agent to achieve symptomatic remission or response in patients with stricturing CD who have previously failed a first-line anti-TNF therapy.
