Specifically, while Cipa+mig did not achieve statistical superiority over ALG for improving 6MWT in PROPEL, it did in the ML-NMR [ 24 , 46 ] and, while the COMET study showed a nominally significant benefit of AVA versus ALG based on 6MWT, the direction of results from the ML-NMR suggests otherwise.
