Median performance scores did not differ significantly between women (4.8, IQR 3.7–6.0) and men (5.0 IQR 3.6–6.0) However, satisfaction with performance was slightly lower among women (median 3.0, IQR 2.0–4.5) than among men (median 3.5, IQR 2.3–4.7), although this difference was borderline significant ( p = 0.05) (Table 4 ).
