Both KO mice also did not present a correlation between paw width and mechanical thresholds ( Figure 6(B,C) ); however, NLRP3 −/− mice showed a trend for increased sensitivity to cold when paw width was higher ( Figure 6E , R 2 = 0.23), which was not observed in Casp1/11 −/− mice ( Figure 6(F) ).
