In the multivariable model among the subset whose physicians intended to prescribe ET at first treatment (Table S3), age at diagnosis showed a similar inverse association with ET use as in Table 6 but did not reach statistical significance and income dropped out of the model entirely.

The sentences
Patients undergoing radiation (OR = 1.94, 95% CI 1.36–2.79) and surgery (OR = 1.76, 95% CI 0.99–3.14) were more likely to be recommended or prescribed ET, although surgery was only marginally statistically significant.
