In univariable analysis, patients with MGFA class I prior to surgery were significantly more likely to achieve favorable outcomes ( p = 0.042, OR = 2.10, 95% CI: 1.03–4.40, see Table 3 ), whereas those with MGFA class III–V showed a trend toward lower remission rates, although without statistical significance.
