However, several observations deserve attention: (a) The difference in the aforementioned time interval between the progressive group and isolated group did not reach statistical significance; (b) In the present study, this time interval varied from 10 to 54 days, yet none of the patients developed other MOGAD phenotypes; (c) One reported case of pediatric isolated MOGAM achieved spontaneous remission without immunotherapy ( 16 ).
