Conclusions In this study, we demonstrated a reduction of clinical scores of hyperandrogenism (acne et hirsutism) in PCOS patients who underwent a DRSP-only 6-month therapy, as well as a significant reduction in 17-OH-progesterone levels after therapy and a decreasing trend for CRP values.
