Beyond these primary parameters, analogous trends were observed across other PSQI components: patients with platelet counts <50 × 10 9 /L tended to report longer sleep latency, more sleep disturbances, increased use of sleep medications, and worse subjective sleep quality, although these differences did not reach statistical significance ( Supplementary Figures S2a–d ).
