However, among patients who underwent ALND, the trend reemerged, with a greater proportion of patients with contralateral BC and HD developing BCRL (68.1%) when compared with those with ipsilateral BC and HD (60.6%), although this difference also did not reach statistical significance ( P = 0.634) (Fig. 1 ).
