In Cohort A, three months after administration of a single subcutaneous dose of zilebesiran, the placebo-adjusted reduction in systolic blood pressure (SBP) was −5.0 mmHg (95% CI: −9.9; −0.2) for the 300 mg dose and −3.3 mmHg (95% CI: −8.2; 1.6) for the 600 mg dose, differences that did not reach statistical significance after multiple testing.
