The protective effect of physical activity on anxiety was stronger in those with normal weight (OR = 0.163, 95% CI: 0.081–0.329, p < 0.001) compared to overweight or obese individuals (OR = 0.314, 95% CI: 0.123–0.8, p = 0.015), although these differences did not reach statistical significance ( Figure 5 ).
